His exemplary service garnered numerous accolades, including the Ewing Police Medal of Honor and the Carnegie Medal of Honor Award.

Beyond law enforcement, Michael’s dedication extends to numerous community endeavors, from serving as an usher in his church to his involvement with organizations like Mercer County’s Sunshine Organization and the Police Unity Tour. Retirement from the Ewing Police Department marked a new chapter, where he continues to make an impact as a Certified Motivational Speaker, Real Estate Agent, and the Founder of Resilient Minds On The Front Lines Inc., a non-profit dedicated to providing resilience training and resources.
